Express direct buses air conditioned bus service from Santo Domingo to Juan Dolio is 80 pesos. Bus service back to Santo Domingo is 50 pesos. The bus stop for Juan Dolio is in the Parquet Enriquillo (Park Enriquillo) on calle Jose Marti near Duarte Street at the shopping venue in Santo Domingo.


When Juan Dolio to Santo Domingo any fly by buses 50 pesos fare make sure to tell the driver that you are going to Santo Domingo and not Boca Chica.
