Monthly Information Update for Juan Dolio/Guayacanes (See slide show)

While the world economy continues to be a drag on real estate development, Juan Dolio looks to  break out from the pack. The Indomnia Pinewood Movie Studio site preparation and road construction near Guavaberry Country Club is well on its way. The same goes for Indomnia’s Horizon Water Tank and blue screen facility located 3 km east of Capella Beach Resort heading towards San Pedro. Full blown building construction should begin in the next 90 days. More updates about Indomina Pinewood project coming soon!

According to owners the Hispanola Aquatic Park construction begins this month. The 12 million dollar Water Park development is located 1 km west of the Juan Dolio Shell Gas Station.  The park will house a number of sea life creatures such as dolphins, manatees and sharks.

Ground breaking for the Green Tower Apartment Complex with a 21st floor revolving restaurant is also scheduled to begin this month on the west side of (Old) Juan Dolio public beach.

Property prices are anticipated to increase once the public is convinced the projects are moving ahead. Signs of a Juan Dolio surge may be taking hold as rental prices for Villas in the Metro have increased 30% over the last two months.

The new 2012 Juan Dolio Living Map comes out this month revealing the locations of new projects as well as restaurants and other businesses. For more information about what is available in Juan Dolio go to  www.JuanDolioLiving.com
